At VioLoom, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our pants, dresses, and shirts. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
- The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or missing tags due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Intimate apparel or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original or a suitable shipping box. Please include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount, including original shipping.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
