VioLoom currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

The estimated Standard Shipping delivery time is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. VioLoom does not offer free shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

For orders shipped with a tracking service, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey. Not all shipping routes or services may include full tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to VioLoom. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. VioLoom is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional fees.
